  1. Cans of soups such as chunky with meat and vegetables, lentil, vegetable, chili.
  2. Canned chicken, beef, tuna, salmon, sardines, Spam.
  3. Canned vegetables such as corn, potatoes, carrots, string beans.
  4. Canned fruits
